The Franconia Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations for events such as business meetings, training, receptions, birthday parties or exhibitions. If you need a facility to hold an event for up to 250 people, with free parking on premises and ground level entry (no stairs), please consider booking with us. (Access to the hall is separate from fire station operations.)
All proceeds from the rental are used to support the department’s operations. Rates vary depending on type of event, day of the week and clean-up requirements.
Time slots are limited and availability may change without notice. We book on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please let us know about your interest as early as possible.
Remember to include:
- Point of contact name, phone number and e-mail address
- Requested date and time for function (to include setup and cleanup)
- Purpose of event
- Number of people attending
